Austin Mietz Physical Therapy and Performance is a clinic designed to help individuals understand their bodies, in order to understand their pain. Empowerment through movement and self-awareness is what allows us to provide a service that is rare in the rehab industry. Through years of experience and having helped hundreds of people achieve their pain free goals, we pride ourselves on our ability to find the most effective, efficient, and progressive plan specific to YOU and your GOALS. ​​

Move Better

Based on your assessment, if you lack movement, we try and create more. If you have the movement but lack control over that movement, we try and improve that control. Or if you lack both, then we aim to improve both!​​

The goal is to bring awareness to the movement you may be lacking, or movement you're lacking control over that is having an impact on your pain or injury, and then find a way to begin improving this control, in a pain free manner!

You will be thoroughly coached through 2 or 3 exercises, specific to YOU, that we will aim to progress week over week.

Learn to better FUEL your body through nutrition and recovery techniques. We provide continued education, full guidance, and 24/7 communication in order to answer any questions regarding the plan!
